pi‘ couture takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly abides by the data privacy regulations. Personal data is only inquired to the extend of what is technically necessary on this website. The inquired data will by no means be sold or forwarded to third parties for whichever reason.

Data Processing in this Website

pi‘ couture inquires and saves information in your server log files automatically and your browser passes the information to us. The said information includes:

Browser type and version, used operating system, referrer URL, host name of accessing computer (IP address), time of server inquiry. This information cannot be assigned to a certain user by pi‘ couture. The information is not merged with information from other sources, and the data is deleted after a statistical evaluation.

Protection of your Personal Data

pi‘ couture protects your personal data against unauthorized access, use and publication. pi‘ couture makes sure that any personal information saved on the server are kept in a controlled and safeenvironment that prevents unauthorized access and publication. The transfer of security-relevant personal data such as credit card details is protected through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Please note that any personal information you publish in public sections such as the guest book could be misused by other users.

Distribution of your Personal Information

pi‘ couture does not pass your information to third parties unless that is necessary to process your order. The transfer of data is limited to the necessary minimum. If pi‘ couture is obligated by law or court order to do so, we only forward  information to authorized federal institutions.
